How to place and Order

Once we have this information, we will email you back with the total cost of your flowers including the estimated shipping.

Terms and Conditions

· All orders require a 40% deposit. Because all bouquets are custom made all deposits are NON REFUNDABLE but may be applied to future orders. Balance is due before shipping.

· We accept PayPal, money orders, personal checks and cashiers checks. If you choose to pay with a personal check please allow enough time for funds to clear your bank.

· PICTURES of your order will be emailed to you before shipping. Ribbons and tulle will be added day of shipping.

· Limited changes may be made if they are within the same price range quoted.

· We do everything we can to meet your expectations! If you are not happy you may return your flowers to be re-arranged. We do not accept unauthorized returns!

· Once deposit is received our shipping time is four weeks.
Arrangements may be made to expedite your order for an additional fee.

Shipping

· Unless you specify otherwise all arrangements are shipped USPS Priority Mail with tracking numbers. Arrangements can be made to ship overnight or 2nd day at an additional cost to you.

· ALL excess estimated shipping fees are REFUNDED to customers!

· PLEASE NOTE; We will not be responsible for delays once packages are accepted by the Post Office or carrier!!!

Shipping charges will vary with the size of your order and the state that we are shipping to, please use the following as a guide.

Single bouquets will run $10.00 -15.00

Wedding sets will run $20.00 - 35.00

Corsages and Boutonnieres will run $5.00 -7.00

Substitutions

Because of seasonal changes it is sometimes necessary to make slight substitutions. These small changes will give your arrangements a more natural look just as they would if the were fresh flowers. All efforts are made to keep any changes as close to the original design as possible.
