How to place an order Please send us an email that includes the following information: · Your full name · A daytime phone number · The "ship to" address (USA only) · Your event date · What you would like to order Once we have this information, we will email you back with the total cost of your flowers, including shipping charges. Terms and Conditions · All orders require a 40% deposit. Because all bouquets are custom made deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE but may be applied to future orders. Balance is due before shipping. We accept PayPal, money orders, personal checks and cashiers checks. If you choose to pay with a personal check please allow enough time for funds to clear your bank. · Pictures of your order will be emailed to you before shipping. Ribbons and Tulle will be added day of shipping. · Limited changes may be made if they are within the same price range quoted. · We do everything we can to meet your expectations, if you are not happy you may return your flowers to be re-arranged. We do not accept unauthorized returns. · Once deposit is received our shipping time is 4 weeks. Arrangements may be made to expedite your order for an additional fee of 25%. Shipping · Unless you specify otherwise all arrangements are shipped USPS Priority Mail with tracking numbers. Arrangements can be made to ship Overnight or 2nd Day at an additional cost. · Please ask for specific shipping charges at the time you place your order. · If you choose to pay by personal check please leave enough time for your check to clear your bank. Shipping and handling charges will vary with the size of your order, please use the following as a guide: · Single Bouquets will run $7.00 - $10.00 · Wedding Sets will run $17.00 - $24.00 · Corsages and Boutonnières will run $5.00 - $7.00 Kindly make all checks or money orders out to Silk Flower Weddings and mail to: Silk Flower Weddings 2376 Woodhouse Mine Road West Point, CA 95255 PLEASE NOTE: We will not be responsible for delays once packages are shipped! Substitutions Because of seasonal changes it is sometimes necessary to make slight substitutions. These small changes will give your arrangements a more natural look just as they would if they were “fresh” flowers. All efforts are made to keep any substitutions as close to the original design as possible.
